“La Croisée”, Renens
The project reflects the desire of the Municipality of Renens, the cooperative society Logacop and the SVLM to create low-rent housing on the former site of the Fly factory which has been left untouched for more than ten years. By autumn 2016, 157 apartments will be available for rent, 48 of which will be subsidised with 16 reserved for students. The district will also be home to service and business activities covering a total surface area of 4,400 m2 and to a school comprising six classrooms.
